Wired Magzine 2007 – The Closest “True” Story

Now, from the May, 2007 issue of Wired Magazine, comes the true story (mostly) regarding how Barry Ira Geller’s ‘Lord of Light’ screenplay and Jack Kirby’s drawings were stolen by the CIA to free 6 Americans from Iran in 1979.

The “fake film” in Argo is based upon my awesome 1979 Disneyland-sized dream, my screenplay based upon the novel, Lord of Light — and a SciFi themepark Called Science Fiction Land™.
